We are a "boutique" studio with small class sizes, an emphasis on personalized attention and dedication to supporting you in your journey to optimal health, a strong body, a calm mind, and a loving heart.
Sandra Sanford, Director, along with several loving, dedicated and experienced teachers, is infusing the spirit of yoga into Historic Downtown Pensacola. Our beautiful and inspiring studio overlooks the sparkling bay and is surrounded by the lush canopy of trees of Seville Square.
In yoga, a traditional greeting is “Namaste” which honors the light and the spirit that dwells within each of us. We hope to practice with you soon. As you begin your yoga journey, or are already well on your way on the path, we bid you, “Namaste”.
Jan Atkins is back from Montana after completing her level 2 teacher training with Baron Baptiste. She is now listed as an associate teacher on the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute web site. She will continue her study with Baron until she completes the requirements to become a certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga teacher. Jan has studied other styles of yoga in the past but is now teaching her classes based on The Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga method. This style of yoga is a vigorous vinyasa flow practiced in a warm studio. If you like Power Yoga and like to sweat, her class is for you.
